Per-seat · Five tiers · $1.99 per extra seat

Pay for your users.
Not for your volume.

TidySuite is one product. Five tiers. $1.99 per extra seat on every paid tier. Bids, customers, contracts, photos, GPS, route optimization — uncapped on every paid tier. Solo is $19, Pro is $49, Business is $99, Corporate is $149. The total bill scales with your team, not your usage. Undercuts ZenMaid Pro Max by 75-90% per-seat at every team size.

TidySuite e-sign vs DocuSign

What you'd pay for the same thing elsewhere.

A typical cleaning operator sending 50 signed bids a month would pay DocuSign Standard ($25/mo, 10 envelopes included) + $0.50/envelope overage past that. TidySuite e-sign is on every tier at no per-envelope cost — fixed cost on our end, passed through.

Capability TidySuite e-sign DocuSign Standard

Pricing FAQ

Honest answers.

How does the per-seat overage work?
The $1.99/seat metered overage is Corporate-only. Solo (1 user), Pro (5 users), and Business (12 users) hard-cap at their included floor — adding a 2nd user on Solo surfaces the upgrade-prompt to Pro ($49/mo for 5 users); adding a 6th on Pro surfaces the prompt to Business ($99/mo for 12 users); adding a 13th on Business surfaces the prompt to Corporate ($149/mo for 30 users). On Corporate, adding user #31+ uses the Stripe metered billing path: a seat_add event is recorded in stripe_metered_events, reported to Stripe via /v1/subscription_items/{si}/usage_records with action: 'increment', and the next invoice includes quantity × $1.99 per event. The per-seat rate is constant (no bulk discount, no per-seat add-on, no escalation tier). A 50-user Corporate org pays $149 + 20 × $1.99 = $188.80/mo. A 1,000-user Corporate org pays $149 + 970 × $1.99 = $2,083.30/mo. Solo/Pro/Business operators can NOT add seats via the metered path — they must upgrade to the next floor.
Why is Solo strictly one user?
Because "Solo" literally means solo — the operator running the business alone, wearing both the office hat and the field hat. If you have a partner, an office assistant, or a part-time estimator, the path is to upgrade to Pro ($49/mo, up to 5 users). The v3 model allowed 2 users on Solo, but it confused the upgrade trigger: customers added a 2nd user, hit the wall, and didn't know what to do next. v4 makes the trigger explicit: Solo = 1 user, Pro = 5 users, Business = 12, Corporate = 30.
Why are there no volume caps on paid tiers?
v3 had volume caps (Solo 25 bids/mo, Pro 75 bids/mo, Business 200 bids/mo). They made sense as a fairness lever but produced a bad operator experience: a Solo operator at 24 bids in a busy month would have to upgrade mid-month or skip sending bid #25. v4 removes them. Bids, customers, contracts, photos, GPS check-ins, route optimizations, AI drafts — all uncapped on every paid tier. The only number that scales your bill is your team size.
What does the free tier actually include?
Free is real: 1 user, 1 price profile, 10 bids per month, 15 customers (lifetime), e-sign (1 envelope per signed bid), branded share links, native e-sign, PDF generation, and TidySuite brand emails. No credit card, no upsell-on-day-3, no hostage-taking. The 10 bids/mo + 15 customers lifetime is the conversion lever — when TidySuite earns its keep, upgrade to Solo ($19/mo) for unlimited volume.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is the operator with a small team (up to 5 users). It includes AI drafting, Schedule Lite, Customer Portal Lite, autopay, the Owner's Dashboard, and the morning brief. Business is the operator with crews in the field (up to 12 users). It adds the M3.5 field-ops layer: crews + dispatch, before/after photos, GPS check-in + geofence, route optimization, and Maps handoff. If you're running a 3-person office and 2 field cleaners, Pro is enough. If you're running 2 crews in the field and dispatching them, Business.
What does the trial include?
14 days of Pro, free, no card, no upsell-on-day-3. Every Pro feature unlocks: AI drafting, Schedule Lite, Customer Portal Lite, autopay, the Owner's Dashboard. At the end of the trial you pick a tier or fall back to Free. The Solo and Business/Corporate tiers don't have separate trials — the Pro trial is the kitchen sink for the operator with a small team, which covers ~85% of new signups.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Monthly only for v4.1. Annual pricing (typically ~17% off, billed yearly) is on the v4.2 roadmap, shipping 90 days after we have seat-addition churn data to model the right discount. The 14-day trial is the refund window for v4.1.
How does Business vs Corporate compare?
Business is the small-business tier (up to 12 users, $99/mo). It includes crews, dispatch, photos, GPS, route optimization, and white-glove onboarding. Corporate is the medium-business tier (up to 30 users, $149/mo). It adds OIDC + SAML SSO, mandatory MFA, Customer Portal Pro (your branding), custom branding, the public API, and a dedicated CSM with a named contact. If you have 5-12 users and don't need SSO or branded customer portals, Business. If you have 12+ users, multi-team operations, or compliance requirements that mandate SSO, Corporate.
What if I cancel mid-month?
No refunds. You keep the paid tier until the end of the current paid period, then land on Free. No prorated credit, no chargeback-friendly accounting. Today, the way out is the API (every record has a read endpoint). A one-click in-app export is on the way. The 14-day trial is the refund window: by the time the first charge hits, you know what you're buying.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. The cap resets to your new tier's allowance the day the change takes effect. When you upgrade, your existing users + their data carry over automatically — no migration step. When you downgrade, any data over the new tier's caps stays accessible (read-only) for 30 days so you can export it.
Do you offer non-profit or multi-location discounts?
Multi-entity operators with 30+ users and contract needs well above the Corporate floor: get in touch. Corporate scales linearly with $1.99/seat — a 100-user Corporate org pays $149 + 70 × $1.99 = $288.30/mo, vs. ZenMaid Pro Max's $2,449/mo for the same team. Non-profit: not in v4.1. Pricing is intentionally simple — one price per tier, no override codes.
Do your provider costs ever spike on me?
No. Our signature and email providers are locked in at flat monthly rates on our end — neither tiered by usage, neither per-envelope, neither per-email. Send a hundred signed bids a month or a thousand; the line item on this page is the only number you ever defend to your accountant. We bake our provider cost into the SaaS price so your bill doesn't move when your usage does.
