You get 14 days of Business. Then you choose.
Behind the scenes, we read the signals — bids you create, PDFs you send, bids you win, days you come back. The more you do, the more we notice. The less you do, the more we reach out.

How we decide whether to nudge, write, or stay out of the way.
A 0–100 score from your last 7 days. We weight the high-value actions more: a won bid counts for more than a profile. The score decides when we reach out — and how.

Trial FAQ
Honest answers.
Is the trial really free? No card needed?
Yes. We don't ask for a card on signup. The 14 days are Business, full stop. On day 14, if you haven't converted, you fall back to Free automatically — no charge, no surprise, no "you forgot to cancel" email.
Why does only Business have a trial?
Every new signup gets 14 days of Business. Solo and Pro are paid directly — they're a step up, not a free trial of something smaller. White-glove onboarding and multi-user / multi-org are Business-only because they cost us real time, and we'd rather give them to people who are going to keep them.
What happens on day 14 if I don't convert?
Your tier flips to Free. You keep everything Free includes — calculator, PDF, 3 bids/month, 5 customers, print-and-sign. You lose branded share links with view tracking, bid-send email, DocuSign envelopes, concierge support, and the multi-user / multi-org bits. Your data is untouched. You can convert any time after — we don't delete the org on trial expiry.
Can I extend the trial?
Once, on a case-by-case basis. If your health score is ≥ 70 on day 14, the team may auto-extend by 7 days — that's the "give them a second wind" rule from
DESIGN.md §14.4. We don't extend past that. If you need more time, ask support and we'll figure it out together.What if I just want Free without the trial?
Use the Free card on this page. The trial is automatic on signup unless you pick Free — in which case you skip the trial entirely and go straight to the Free tier. No clock starts.
How is "concierge support" different from regular support?
Concierge is a personal, two-way channel. Open a ticket from the in-app form (or email hello@tidyhq.app) and a real person on the team responds within 1 business day — usually within a few hours. We can fix broken data, configure your pricing profile with you, or just walk through a confusing bid. On the Business tier, you get priority queueing.
Is there a "convert to paid" button in-app?
Self-serve billing is on the way. Until it lands, we flip the switch for you — you'll get an email from hello@tidyhq.app with a single-click confirmation, and your tier flips to Business in seconds. The in-app
/app/billing page with a one-click Convert button is the next thing on the list.
