the road.

Eleven sections. Plain language. No "by using this service you agree to be bound by these terms" surprises. If anything reads as bad-faith, email us and we'll rewrite it.

1. Who you are

Tidy is a B2B SaaS tool for commercial cleaning operators. By signing up, you confirm that you (or the organization you represent) operate a cleaning business and will use Tidy for legitimate business purposes.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and session cookies safe.
  • You are responsible for the actions of anyone you invite to your organization.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tidy to send unsolicited email (spam) to anyone who has not opted in.
  • Use Tidy to harass, defame, or impersonate third parties.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload content you don't have the rights to (stolen logos, unlicensed fonts, copyrighted PDFs).

4. Plans, billing, and refund

Subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and your subscription stays active until the end of the current period. We do not issue refunds for partial months. If we discontinue a plan, we will give at least 60 days' notice and either migrate affected users to a comparable plan or honor existing prepaid terms.

5. Your content, your rights

You own the data you put into Tidy (bids, customers, prospects, invoices, logos, notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing Tidy to you. We do not claim ownership, do not sublicense, and do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Our content

The Tidy brand, the product UI, the bidding engine math, and the underlying code are owned by Tidy and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or repackage the product or its components.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, but we will credit affected accounts on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data export tools remain available for 30 days, after which we delete the organization and all child rows.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Tidy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Tidy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we email active account holders at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
