The rules of
the road.

1. Who you are

TidySuite is a B2B SaaS tool for commercial cleaning operators. By signing up, you confirm that you (or the organization you represent) operate a cleaning business and will use TidySuite for legitimate business purposes.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and session cookies safe.
• You are responsible for the actions of anyone you invite to your organization.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TidySuite to send unsolicited email (spam) to anyone who has not opted in.
• Use TidySuite to harass, defame, or impersonate third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to (stolen logos, unlicensed fonts, copyrighted PDFs).

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

TidySuite has two product categories. Solo (Free, Solo, Pro) is for the operator who runs the business alone. Team (Business, Corporate) is for the operator who runs staff and multiple locations. All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual billing is on the roadmap.

4.1 Trials

New accounts are eligible for one 14-day trial, at the user's choice of either the Solo trial (14 days of Pro) or the Team trial (14 days of Corporate). The trial is free and requires no payment method. On day 14, the trial tier turns off and the account falls to the Free tier unless the user has explicitly converted. Trial extension is at our discretion, normally once, when the trial health score is at or above 70. We may, at our discretion, grant a one-time 7-day extension; further extensions are not available.

4.2 No refunds

We do not issue refunds on monthly subscriptions, on annual subscriptions when they ship, on trial-to-paid conversions, or on add-on purchases. The 14-day trial is the refund: by the time the first paid charge hits, the user has had 14 days to use the product. If a user cancels mid-period, the subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, then the account automatically falls to the Free tier. No data is deleted. We do not prorate, credit, or refund the unused portion of any paid period.

4.3 Overage

AI draft overage on the Corporate tier is $0.10 per draft beyond the 2,000/month cap. All other caps (bids, customers, AI drafts on lower tiers) lock the feature at the cap; we do not charge overage and we do not auto-upgrade the plan. A soft daily cap of 50 AI drafts per day applies to the Corporate tier to prevent abuse.

4.4 Plan changes

Users can change tiers at any time from the in-app billing page, or by request to support. The cap resets to the new tier's allowance on the day the change takes effect. When annual billing ships, the first annual charge will have a 30-day refund window; subsequent annual charges follow the no-refund policy.

4.5 Plan discontinuance

If we discontinue a plan, we give at least 60 days' notice to affected users and either migrate them to a comparable plan or honor existing prepaid terms.

5. Your content, your rights

You own the data you put into TidySuite (bids, customers, prospects, invoices, logos, notes). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing TidySuite to you. We do not claim ownership, do not sublicense, and do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Our content

The TidySuite brand, the product UI, the bidding engine math, and the underlying code are owned by TidySuite and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or repackage the product or its components.

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will give advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, but we will credit affected accounts on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data export tools remain available for 30 days, after which we delete the organization and all child rows.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TidySuite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of TidySuite is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we email active account holders at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
